As the fourth-generation heir to the “Yosegi-zaiku” (traditional marquetry) craft of Hakone, he breathes new life into ancient techniques by upcycling discarded skateboards. His “Aomori Apple” and trendy “Caudex Plant” sculptures retain the warmth of artisanal handicraft while embodying a modern, rebellious spirit.

2️⃣Yasuhito Kawasaki

日本藝術家川崎泰史 (Yasuhito Kawasaki)，早年曾參與奈良美智及村上隆等大師的作品製作。擁有深厚立體造型底蘊的他，是次展覽將帶來令人耳目一新的平面繪畫作品。他以極具童趣、帶有繪本風格的細膩筆觸，為觀者敞開一扇通往純真想像與奇幻冒險的大門。

Renowned artist Yasuhito Kawasaki, who previously contributed to the production of works by legendary masters Yoshitomo Nara and Takashi Murakami, showcases his remarkable versatility. Leveraging his deep background in 3D modeling, Kawasaki presents a series of refreshing 2D paintings. With “Anime Aesthetics” achieving record-breaking results in the global auction market, the exhibition highlights the work of Mami Mog, a rising star in the Japanese animation world. Having served as a core member of the production teams for Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal and Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos, she is recognized as a talent of immense spirit and skill. Mami Mog’s works transcend the “2D” boundary, translating her professional animation discipline into meticulously fine lines on canvas. Her characters evoke the healing essence of Shoujo manga while possessing a sophisticated contemporary edge. Notably, the works on display are hand-drawn originals—a rarity in the digital age that offers immense collectible value and appreciation potential.

4️⃣Mr. Likey

Born in Hong Kong and raised in the U.S., the perennially masked artist uses subverted icons to explore his Chinese-American identity. 5️⃣Candy Mary (Taiwan)

台灣藝術家糖果瑪莉（Candy Mary） 以港台共有的「茶文化」為隱喻，透過層次分明的油畫肌理，捕捉女性內心甜美與機心並存的微妙反差，帶出優雅的諷刺意味。

Taiwanese artist Candy Mary uses the shared “tea culture” of Hong Kong and Taiwan as a metaphor, capturing the subtle contrast between sweetness and hidden intent in the female psyche through rich oil textures.

6️⃣Distort Monsters (Philippines)

菲律賓街頭藝術家 Distort Monsters ，將對抗焦慮的心理掙扎，化作色彩鮮明、外型討喜的怪獸，屢創完售紀錄，今次更特意為展覽帶來的迷你系列。這些作品不僅是藝術家的情感出口，更像是在喧囂的藝術季中，邀請觀者與內心的自我達成一場溫柔的和解。

Filipino street artist Distort Monsters transforms his psychological struggle with anxiety into bright, lovable “monsters.” His specially created mini-series for this show offers a gentle reconciliation with one’s inner self amidst the hustle of Art March.

7️⃣LeonLollipop (Hong Kong)

香港代表壁畫及油畫藝術家 LeonLollipop 是次將世界名畫博物館濃縮於廣受大眾喜愛的「托腮貓 Gloomie」IP ！ 作品跨度極廣，由野獸派的花園到浮世繪的巨浪，從古典油畫到街頭塗鴉，Gloomie 以一貫呆萌姿態，靜靜地融入每個時代的光影之中。

Hong Kong muralist and painter LeonLollipop brings a “Museum of World Masterpieces” to his beloved Gloomie the Cat IP. His works span a vast artistic timeline—from the vibrant gardens of Fauvism to the iconic Great Wave of Ukiyo-e, and from the profoundly timeless textures of classical oils to the raw energy of street graffiti. Gloomie merges into the light and shadow of every era with its signature adorable gaze, inviting viewers to “taste” the elegance of art history through a playful, contemporary lens.

8️⃣Donna Yuen (Hong Kong)

同為香港代表的藝術家 Donna Yuen 則以精緻技巧呼應「Petite」主題，系列《Filter bubble 同溫層》將童年珍貴的玩意濃縮於微型電視機與電腦之中，生動地捕捉了那無憂無慮的小時光，在方寸之間喚醒港人的集體回憶。

Artist Donna Yuen echoes the “Petite” theme through her exquisite technical precision. Her series, Filter Bubble, condenses precious childhood playthings into miniature televisions and computer monitors, vividly capturing the carefree spirit of days gone by. Within these tiny frames, she awakens the collective memory of Hong Kong, inviting the audience to rediscover their own moments of pure innocence through the art of the micro-scale.

《Bon A Petite》展覽取名自法語中「祝你有好胃口」的諧音，意在邀請觀者如品嚐精緻料理般，以輕鬆的心情享受藝術。展覽以「Petite（小巧）」為核心概念，集結八位來自日本、紐約、台灣、菲律賓及香港的當代藝術家，主打尺寸精緻（Bite-size）、定價親民的真跡與限量藝術玩具。

The exhibition title, “Bon A Petite,” is a playful pun on the French phrase “Bon Appétit” (wishing one a good appetite). It invites viewers to savor art with the same ease and delight as tasting a fine delicacy. At the heart of the concept is “Petite”—small in scale but grand in soul. Curated by Ruby Fung, the show brings together eight artists from Japan, New York, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Hong Kong, focusing on “bite-size,” affordably priced originals and limited editions.
