盈青出生於一個與藝術看似無關的家庭，父親是命理師，母親則是會計師，家中經營一家小型記帳事務所。自幼在一個注重實用主義的環境中成長，盈青原本按照家庭期望進入會計系就讀。然而，在準備會計師執照的壓力中，她開始以繪畫來解壓，逐漸發現了對藝術的熱情。
Yingching was born into a family seemingly unrelated to art; her father was a fortune-teller, and her mother, an accountant, together running a small accounting firm. Growing up in a pragmatically inclined environment, Yingching initially followed her family’s expectations to study accounting. However, under the pressure of preparing for her CPA exams, she began painting as a form of stress relief, gradually discovering her passion for art.
認識到自己對繪畫的熱愛後，盈青決定放棄會計師的職業道路，用原本準備補習費的錢購買了一台數位繪圖用的電腦。這是她從計算機轉向繪圖板的重要轉變。她形容這個決定是找到自己的真愛，從此生活和職業路向發生了根本的變化。
Realizing her love for painting, Yingching decided to abandon the path to becoming an accountant, investing her savings intended for tutoring into a computer for digital drawing. This marked her significant shift from calculators to drawing tablets. She describes this decision as finding her true love, radically transforming her life and career path.
盈青的創作風格多元：從成熟柔美的女性描繪、帶有傲嬌性格的女子貼圖系列，到充滿哲理思考的小漫畫系列。她的作品展現了女性的柔美與力量，盈青表示，她並未刻意以女性為創作主題，直到某一天她意識到「我只是從心底覺得女性很美」。
Yingching’s artistic style is diverse: from mature and elegant depictions of women, to a series of stickers featuring haughty female characters, and to small comic series filled with philosophical musings. Her works display both the gentleness and strength of women. Yingching states that she did not deliberately choose women as the theme of her creations until she realized one day that “I just feel from the better of my heart that women are beautiful.”
她偏愛「成熟柔美女子」風格，每次創作都力求技術上的精進；貼圖則以商業角度出發，考慮「大家想要什麼樣的貼圖」；小漫畫系列則是創作間隙的呼吸空間，卻逐漸演變成具有反思和陰鬱色彩的故事，觸動了曾經患有憂鬱症讀者的心弦，使她意識到插畫的力量。
She favors the “mature, elegant woman” style, striving for technical improvement with each creation; her stickers are designed with a commercial angle, considering “what kind of stickers people want”; her comic series serve as a breather between projects, yet gradually evolved into stories of reflection and somber tones, resonating with readers who have experienced depression, making her realize the power of illustration.
盈青曾在一個訪問中分享了她對女性美的看法：「女性的美存在著許多矛盾，當需要表達力量時，表現出的往往是柔軟而堅實的，一種婉轉的美。」她的畫作常以當紅的電影、戲劇中的女性角色為主，透過這些作品，她發現自己無意中強調了某些特質，例如她筆下的女性從不顯得柔弱，看似無攻擊性，卻都擁有著力量，這反映了她個性中的一部分，她希望自己的畫能進入人們的心中，帶給他們正面的感受。
Yingching shared her views on the beauty of women in an interview: “The beauty of women contains many contradictions. When it’s necessary to express strength, what emerges is often a soft yet solid beauty, a subtle kind of beauty.” Her paintings often feature popular female characters from movies and dramas, and through these works, she has inadvertently emphasized certain qualities. For instance, the women in her drawings never appear weak; they seem unaggressive yet possess strength, reflecting parts of her own personality. She hopes her paintings can touch people’s hearts and bring them positive feelings.
