「藝術、文化與音樂巡禮在機場 2018」在一連五個月呈獻各式藝術文化節目，包括本地流行音樂表演、粵劇演出及展覽、令人歎為觀止的天氣景象攝影展、街頭音樂表演、視覺藝術作品展覽等，為機場使用者送上無盡驚喜。
「漫遊機場－功夫三部曲」中接機大堂的升降機幕牆及旅客捷運系統的月台幕門大變身，印上由三位香港知名藝術家曹志豪、李志清及李健良繪製的漫畫，帶大家漫遊功夫與拳擊世界。在視覺藝術方面，香港天文台首次在香港國際機場設置展覽，展出在早前舉辦的「『風雲際會』天氣景象『海、陸、空』全接觸」照片及影片公開徵集活動中，精心挑選展示天氣景象變化多端的傑出佳作。
「妙繪‧香港非遺」中本地插畫家蘇敏怡 Stella, So Man Yee 透過生動活潑的手繪插畫，活現「香港非物質文化遺產代表作名錄」內 20 個項目的魅力風貌。「香港處處有藝術」由香港專業攝影師聯網與香港藝術發展局攜手合作，展示 22 幅捕捉不同藝術形態的動人照片。
傳統藝術方面，「演藝粵劇新秀放異彩」由香港演藝學院學生粉墨登場，獻上16套折子戲演出。同場亦設有展覽展出粵劇服飾，並透過虛擬實境技術，讓參觀人士體驗這項中國傳統藝術。
Hosted by the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AA) for the fourth consecutive year, the five-month festival “Art, Culture and Music at the Airport 2018” showcases an array of art and culture events, including local pop music performances, Cantonese Opera shows and exhibitions, displays of astonishing weather images, street music busking performances, visual arts exhibition and more, delivering endless surprises to airport users and greeting worldwide travellers with Hong Kong’s unique and diverse local culture.
As for visual arts, in “Comixtream @ Airport – Kung Fu Trilogy”, the Arrivals Hall lift façade and platforms of the Automated People Mover have been covered with paintings of Kung Fu and boxing contributed by three renowned Hong Kong artists – Jerry Cho, Lee Chi-ching and Lee Kin-leung. The Hong Kong Observatory launches its first exhibition at HKIA with stunning weather images and videos selected from works submitted to the “Cloud-sourcing: In Touch with Weather from Land, Sea and Air” campaign held earlier.
In “An Artist’s Impression of Hong Kong’s Intangible Cultural Heritage” exhibition, hand-drawn by local illustrator Stella So Man-yee in her signature lively and colourful style, 20 items on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Hong Kong are featured. The Hong Kong Professional Photographers Network collaborates with the Hong Kong Arts Development Council to showcase 22 photos capturing different art forms in “Our Vibrant Art City” photography exhibition.
As for traditional art and culture, “HKAPA Cantonese Opera Young Talents Showcase” – Young talent from HKAPA present 16 excerpts performance with an accompanying exhibition featuring costumes from Cantonese Opera, allowing visitors to experience the Chinese tradition through Virtual Reality.
