KC100 呈獻 《呼與吸的距離 》視覺藝術展。呼與吸的距離，只是微不足道的一瞬間，但生命正由無數呼與吸之間的距離組成。由吸入第一口氣到呼出最後一口氣，其中幾許高低起跌，多少沒齒難忘的重要時刻,盡在呼與吸之間。一呼一吸，或輕或重，或疾或徐，正是喜怒哀樂最真實的反映，卻在營營役役的生活中被人遺忘。
呼與吸是兩個完全相反卻又互相配合的動作，兩者的斷續循環，為與生俱來的本領，也是維持生命的必需，恰似人生中種種是與非、順與逆的交替，既自然亦不可違抗。
KC 100 proudly presents “Breathe in Breathe out” Visual Art Exhibition. The moments between our breaths may be negligible, but collectively they make up our lives. From breathing in for the first time, to breathing out for the last time, we experience many highs and lows and unforgettable moments. Whether heavy and quick, or light and slow, our breaths reflect how we feel, but we are often too busy to be mindful of them.
Completely opposite and yet complementary, breathing in and breathing out are what we are born to do, and what we must do for survival. Just like all the rights and wrongs, and the goods and bads that come and go in our lives, so natural and inevitable.
