3️⃣ 臺北市立美術館《Ryuichi Sakamoto:看見聲音,聽見時間》Taipei Fine Arts Museum: Ryuichi Sakamoto | seeing sound, hearing time

From 31 October 2026 to 14 March 2027, the exhibition explores how Sakamoto pushed beyond the boundaries of sound, image, light, and technology. It features seven large-scale installations and archival works, highlighting collaborations with artists like Shiro Takatani, Apichatpong Weerasethakul, Carsten Nicolai, and Daito Manabe. Central to the exhibition is his idea of “Installation Music,” transforming music into a spatial, perceptual experience.

National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts: Asian Art Biennial 10th Anniversary

The 2026 Asian Art Biennial will be curated by Pei-Yi Lu. This year’s biennial (7 November 2026 – 28 February 2027) will take “Co-Weaving”—working with multiple collaborators—as its core concept and method, and view the exhibition as a form of knowledge production called “Woven Knowledge.” Through practices such as “collective,” “collaboration,” “community,” and “mutual assistance,” it will focus on issues neglected by the mainstream contemporary art field, and pay attention to how the marginal perspectives of women, indigenous peoples, and queer people bring new epistemologies, and how they reveal hidden history in the face of intertwined and intractable realities.
