The “Van Gogh Alive – The Experience,” meticulously curated by Grande Experiences and celebrated as one of the most renowned immersive exhibitions globally. It has travelled to over 100 cities worldwide, honouring the post-Impressionist master Vincent van Gogh. It stands as one of the most celebrated and eagerly awaited immersive exhibitions today. This sensory art event, stimulating sight, sound, and smell, will make its grand return to Hong Kong on March 10, 2025. An exclusive preview will take place from February 28 to March 9, requiring audiences to make a reservation for an invitation. This limited opportunity offers a unique week-long exploration into Van Gogh’s artistic journey.

The “Van Gogh Alive – The Experience” presents the classic works of post-Impressionist master Van Gogh, including “Sunflowers,” “Starry Night,” and “Wheatfield with Crows,” showcasing a total of 3,000 paintings and precious images through modern light and shadow technology. Audiences can appreciate every brushstroke in detail on large screens, deeply experiencing the emotions conveyed in Van Gogh’s works. The production team has once again broken previous design standards and surrounding visitors with nearly thirty giant screens to create a visual feast. The exhibition also features classical music from composers like Schubert and Bach, connecting the pieces to Van Gogh’s life, enhancing the experience with a profound artistic resonance in both visual and auditory senses. Furthermore, the exhibition introduces aromatic elements, where different scents are designed through top, middle, and base notes to stimulate the audience’s sense of smell. This immersive experience makes one feel as if they are within Van Gogh’s paintings—whether it’s the fragrance of flowers in “Sunflowers” or the gentle breeze in “Starry Night.”
