Autumn in Hong Kong is always beautiful. From 5-10 October, 2020, China Guardian (Hong Kong) held its autumn auctions 2020 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This first major auction of the year showcased a wide array of artworks from all over the world, including Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art, Ceramics and Works of Arts, and Classical Chinese Furniture, offering nearly 1300 lots.

China Guardian Autumn Auctions 2020 managed to present the viewers with the most precious art pieces. Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art sale featured 2 distinguished themes: Face in the Era and Shining Stars; Chinese Painting and Calligraphy was led by Fu Baoshi’s six-feet large-scale Climbing the Lofty Mountain; Ceramics and Works of Arts, as well as Classical Chinese Furniture, also surprised the public with their star lots.
