「藝里坊 ARTLANE」第一階段的壁畫作品已於十月中完成，範圍覆蓋西營盤忠正街、奇靈里及石棧里。作為本港市區重建主要領導者之一，恒基推出以 Urban Art 城市藝術風格打造的港島西
SOHO「藝里坊 ARTLANE」，銳意打造獨一無二的社區藝術文化之旅。隨著世界各地壁畫藝術越趨普及，恒基以紐約、倫敦、首爾等大都會的壁畫街作爲靈感，邀請了9 位本地及國際的知名藝術家，以 SOHO 區的「藝術及音樂」(Art & Music of SOHO) 為主題，透過壁畫藝術翻新區內多幢大廈的外牆，藉 Urban Art 打造獨一無二的港島西 SOHO 壁畫小區，活化區内面貌。而第二階段共三幅壓軸作品則於十二月開始繪畫。

The first phase of ‘ARTLANE’ is completed by mid October, with mural paintings covering Chung Ching Street, Ki Ling Lane, and Shek Chan Lane in Sai Ying Pun. As one of the leaders in urban renewal in Hong Kong, Henderson Land has newly launched ‘ARTLANE’, an exciting urban art project in Hong Kong Island’s Western SOHO District, which will give the district a unique artistic face. Inspired by the global trend of mural painting, such as street art in New York, London and Seoul, Henderson Land has invited 9 famous local and international
artists to participate in the ‘ARTLANE’ project. Based on the theme of ‘Art & Music of SOHO’, the artists have created 13 murals on the walls of various old buildings in the district, building a unique mural neighbourhood in urban art style. As for the second phase of this project, three final works will be commenced in December.
